We develop our retail team to be the best stylists and customer service providers in the industry.It is instilled by the owner Robert Cromb that commencing your career on the shop floor at KOOKAÏ is invaluable to a successful career with us. When you start you will receive a training manual, which consists of tailored training to build the skills that are imperative to be a successful KOOKAÏ sales assistant.All new team members will attend a full day induction, which will give you the confidence to shine in store. These sessions are hosted by influential leaders where you will be accompanied by a fabulous and passionate team who are all navigating the same journey.Throughout your journey, training opportunities will continue to present themselves.You will be invited to specialised workshops and events to support in the continuation of your growth at KOOKAÏ.
